The hotel's location is a real gem, just across from Kyoto train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, allowing ample room even for larger suitcases. The service was top-notch, with thoughtful gestures like checking on guests during emergencies and offering assistance in multiple languages. However, the dining options were limited to Japanese-style meals, by reservation only, which may not suit all guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The room, though originally small, turned out to be much bigger on the 10th floor with a view of the main station, making it clean and cozy. The service was friendly and efficient, although I wished for a bit more flexibility in the room I received for the price paid. The location was superb, right across the street from the train station and within walking distance to many attractions and dining options. The dining experience was satisfactory with reasonable prices, but additional charges for certain items were unexpected.
